  39. Your ISP is playing fast and loose with the actual RFC for PPP. Since we
  40. are outnumbered by the Gates clowns, there isn't much we can do but hi
  41. ourselves over to Holgers home page at
  42. "http://www.america.com/~kruse/home.html" and follow the chain to a beta
  43. version of ppp, now at 1.40, which is supposed to be capable of dealing
  44. with such CHAP/PAP excersions from the std. And give your ISP any pieces of
  45. your mind that you can spare.
